Individual counselling is a relational process that aims to help you identify and work through troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviours. This one-on-one process can enhance your understanding and functioning in different life domains. It is most successful when there is good rapport between the client and the therapist, in an environment based on stability, trust, safety, and non-judgement. 


Individual counselling can be short-term for immediate issues, or long-term for longstanding complex challenges.
